2027 PowerPlus Youth Camp Registration
Camp Cost: $395 per student & sponsor (The cost is split into two payments – deposit & balance. If approved, late registrations incur a $25 fee.)
Reservations: Open January 14 (Online group reservation & $95 per person non-refundable deposit required.)
EARLY BIRD Reservations: January 13 (For church youth groups who attended a PowerPlus Youth Camp in 2026. Instructions will be emailed to the designated group leader in the registration system. Online group reservation & $95 per person non-refundable deposit required.)
1:7 Sponsor:Student Requirement
You must have one adult sponsor, age 19 or older, for every 7 students (each gender).
Session 1 Camp Date: July 6-10, 2027 (Tue-Sat)
Registration Deadline: May 21, 2027 (camp balance, ALL online registrations, and ALL FORMS/UPLOADS required)

Steps to Register for Camp

- Camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Reservation requests required TWO numbers: (1) # of students and (2) # of adult sponsors. The number of adults must meet the required 1:7 adult-to-student ratio.
- Church Reservations will be released if the $95 per person deposit is not received in our office by the group hold contract due date.
- The $95 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to the balance owed.
- The $95 deposit is forfeited when a reservation is not filled or if a church cancels altogether.

STUDENTS (age 17&under at time of registration)
MUST BE REGISTERED BY THEIR PARENT.
ADULTS (age 18&up at time of registration)
MUST REGISTER THEMSELVES.
NOTE: Unused spots (unfilled reservations) EXPIRE at the registration deadline.
NOTE: Church registration is disabled at midnight on the registration deadline.
NOTE: Additions will be addressed AFTER the registration deadline.
NOTE: Mail or ship your church check payment with a tracking number if you would like to know when it is delivered to us OR consider eCheck/ACH payment in Campwise. The 1/2 percent fee for an eCheck/ACH payment is usually less than postage with tracking.
We apologize, but we are unable notify each church when a payment is received.
In the spring, leaders will be emailed details regarding these additional requirements for all adults at camp.
- Pastor references are required by the Registration Deadline.
- After the Registration Deadline, we will send a background check consent form directly to each adult in your group for whom we have a pastor reference.
Correct information is needed for camp preparations. Carefully review your attendee lists and EMAIL US regarding cancellations and replacements/substitutions.
Late registrations must be approved, incur a $25 fee, and are not guaranteed a camp shirt.
Two weeks prior to camp, parents and adults will be emailed directly with medication instructions. Reminders will be sent to parents and adults until medications are addressed.
- All medications brought to camp must be entered on the registration account.
- A confirmation of NO MEDS is required if camper is not bringing medications to camp.
Registration Policy
- Full payment AND online registration are required at the registration deadline.
- Reservations and registration links EXPIRE at the registration deadline. Unfilled reservations are automatically removed from your group.
- Empty spots are not held for your group after the registration deadline.
- Deposits are non-refundable whether a reservation isn’t filled or a church chooses to cancel and not attend camp.
- Deposits are transferable to a new registration, but not to the final payment.
Refund Schedule
NOTE: Refunds are mailed to the church after camp.
$300 – Refund if cancellation occurs on or before registration deadline (date at top of page)
$150 – Refund if cancellation occurs after the registration deadline (date at top of page)
