Coordinator Help

  • No. You will not register the individuals in your group. You will only register yourself and/or your minor child(ren) if they are eligible to come to camp.
  • No one else can use your account to register himself/herself or a child.
  • Accounts cannot be shared.
  • As the leader/coordinator for your group you will be provided the registration link specific to your group attending a specific camp.
  • THE LINK IS FOUND AT THE TOP OF YOUR LEADER/COORDINATOR LANDING PAGE.
  • Give the registration link to the parents of children coming with your group to camp.
  • Give the registration link to the adults coming with your group to camp (sponsors AND 18 year old students).
  1. Navigate to Coordinator, then Coordinator Dashboard.
  2. Your active group is shown in the Coordinator section under your name and email address.
  3. To change your active group, click on your email address in the upper right-hand corner then hover over "Active Church/Group."
  4. From the drop-down list, choose the group you want from the drop-down list then click Select.
It is a web page for you as the leader of a group planning to attend camp. It will contain pertinent information for the upcoming summer camp and help you as a leader prepare for camp and answer questions from parents and students.
  1. If you are the leader of more than one group check and/or change your active group to the desired one.
  2. Navigate to Coordinator, then Coordinator Dashboard.
  3. Click on the gray Church/Group Cart Landing Page button (in the Coordinator section).

  3. Click on My Active Events (in the Coordinator section below your group name).
  4. Click the Select button for your camp event.
  5. Click More Info.
  6. Click the Reports button.
  7. In the middle of the pop-up, click "Select Report..."
  8. Type the word "active" in the search box (outlined in blue) or scroll down the list.
  9. Find the appropriate ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS report for your group. In other words, if your group is attending Girls Camp, find the Girls Camp Active Participants report. If your group is attending PowerPlus Youth Camp, find the PowerPlus YOUTH Camp Active Participants report.
  10. Click on the report name.
  11. Click the Print button just below the report name.
NOTE: You do not have to count each row to determine how many people have registered. Hover your mouse over the rows of data. A gray box will appear in the upper left corner telling you the number of rows (i.e. the number of participants). NOTE: To see your list of participant registrations that have been cancelled follow the instructions above, then choose the appropriate INACTIVE PARTICIPANTS report.
There is a report to check the status of the adult paperwork for your group.
  1. Navigate to Coordinator, then Coordinator Dashboard.
  2. If you are the leader of more than one group check and/or change your active group to the desired one.
  3. Click on My Active Events (in the Coordinator section below your group name).
  4. Click the Select button for your camp event.
  5. Click More Info.
  6. Click the Reports button.
  7. In the middle of the pop-up, click "Select Report..."
  8. Type the word "paperwork" in the search box (outlined in blue) or scroll down the list.
  9. Find the appropriate ADULT PAPERWORK report for your group. In other words, if your group is attending Girls Camp, find the Girls Camp Adult Paperwork report. If your group is attending PowerPlus Youth Camp, find the PowerPlus YOUTH Camp Adult Paperwork report.
  10. Click on the report name.
  11. Click the Print button just below the report name.
NOTE: When we have received and approved paperwork the item will be marked "True."
