Are options available in the camp program for graduating seniors?
PowerPlus Camp offers a special opportunity to all 2010 High School
Graduates! The special opportunity is called the “OUT GROUP”. The
“OUT GROUP” is designed to assist youth leaders in moving these
students out of youth ministry onto a college campus or into the
work force. During the morning and afternoon parts of the day "OUT
GROUP" students follow a format designed to challenge students in
service, leadership and following God in His mission to the world.
Students eligible to
participate in the OUT GROUP program are those that graduate in
2010. Older students, college students, or those who have been
in the OUT GROUP previously are not allowed to participate.

Do I need to contact anyone if I have
changes before camp?
Yes. Contact Pineywoods via
email or phone
(936.642.1723) with changes as soon as possible. Changes
include adds, drops, and substitutions. This helps our staff
accurately prepare nametags, t-shirts, etc. prior to your arrival,
allows us to make dorm assignments based on correct numbers and
gender breakdown, and makes the check-in process go much
smoother when your arrive the first day of camp.
Can I add students after the

If spaces are available you can add
students to your group. It is recommended that you call and
check availability, but spaces will not be confirmed over the phone.
Additions will be confirmed when the registration form and
total deposit are received by Pineywoods.
Can I make additions to my group if the camp
session is full?
There will be a waiting list for
additional campers once a session is at capacity. In order to
place someone on the waiting list, please mail in the $100 deposit
and a completed Registration/Medical Form for the camper (student or
sponsor). We will add registrations to the camp session as
openings become available and in the order in which they are
received. If they do not make it into the camp session the
deposit and form will be returned to you at camp.

to come to camp?
Yes. Sponsor materials including a handbook/team
leader training guide, Child Protection Training materials and

Priority is given to camp program personnel, and rooms cannot be
guaranteed until just prior to camp. There is an ADDITIONAL
COST PER PERSON in a motel room ABOVE the camp fee:
