The camp is located on US Hwy 287 in
Woodlake, TX, five miles east of Groveton and 12 miles west of
Corrigan. Below are maps and directions from some major cities.
From Houston:
On 59N - Take
59N out of Houston to Corrigan . There is only one major intersection in Corrigan. At this
intersection (A grocery store will be on your right), turn left onto US 287 West.
Drive 12 miles on 287. You will come to Woodlake and you should see the
entrance sign on the left side of the road. (Approximate travel time
2 hours)
From
Houston: On I45 - Take I45 North to Huntsville. In
Hunstville, take Hwy 19 North to Trinity. In Trinity, you will turn right onto Hwy
94 North. Take 94 to Groveton, where there will be a "Y" in the road.
At the "Y", stay to the right, and you will be on Hwy 287 East. Go
through town , and stay on 287 for 6 miles. You will come to Woodlake and should see
the camp entrance sign on the right. (Approximate travel time 2.5 hours)
From Dallas:
On I45 - Take I45 South to Centerville.
In Centerville, Take Hwy 7 East to Crockett, where you will turn right on Loop 304.
Take Loop 304 until you come to Hwy 287 South. Stay on 287, (you will go through and
app. 6 miles past the town of Groveton), until you come to Woodlake. You should see
the camp entrance sign on the right. (Approximate travel time
3.5 hours)
From Lufkin:
On US59 - Take Hwy 59 South out of Lufkin.
You will go through Diboll and come to Corrigan (be sure to pay attention to the
speed limits in these 2 towns). In Corrigan, there is one major intersection.
At this intersection, turn right on Hwy 287 west. Travel 12 miles to get to
Woodlake, where you will see the camp entrance sign on the left side of the road.

From Beaumont:
US69 - Take 69/287 North to Woodville.
In Woodville, you will turn left to take Hwy 287 to Woodlake, (you will go through and 12
miles past Corrigan). You should see the camp entrance sign on the left side of the
road. (Approximate travel time 1.75 hours)
 From College Station:
Hwy 30 - Take Hwy 30 East to
Huntsville. Hwy 30 will go through town and then intersect with Hwy 19. Turn
left onto Hwy 19 North. This will take you to Trinity. In Trinity you will turn
right onto Hwy 94 North. This road will take you to Groveton, where there will be a
"Y" in the road. At the "Y", stay to the right, and you will be
on Hwy 287 East. Go through town , and stay on 287 for 6 miles. You will come
to Woodlake and should see the camp entrance sign on the right. (Approximate travel time 2
hours)
